Thanks to God and His grace, a research paper in the field of Optical Fiber Sensors technologies was published, including the scope of the College of Electrical and Electronic Technology in Benghazi in collaboration with the Optical Fiber Technologies Laboratory at the National University of Malaysia. This was part of the research and scientific activities of the team specializing in the development of microsurgery tools. Representing the college in this project is faculty member Dr. Mohamed Elgaud, who is part of the research team led by Dr. Abdelfattah Abu Shaqour and supervised and supported by Dr. Ahmed Al-Sharif and Dr. Nurhanna Rashid. The mentioned study provides practical evidence for integrating Tapered Fiber Bragg Grating technology with the Bandwidth Interrogation Method to solve the problem of interference in force readings affecting human eye tissues during surgery. IEEE Access is one of the leading journals in the fields of electrical engineering and information technology, ranked in the first quarter (Q1) according to the ISI Index with an impact factor of 4.098.
