The paper aims to design and implement an automated concrete mixer, capable of producing different concrete mixes according to user-defined settings. The project uses a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) along with electrical sensors, valves, and control switches. The paper also uses software and systems that allow the user to program and modify the project’s devices and control them. The use of this equipment and tools ensures that the user can operate the machine fully automatically without the need for human labor and also ensures a high degree of precision in production.
