Provide an interactive learning environment that facilitates the development of engineers who are committed to their culture, ethical values and professionalism.
CEET fulfills this mission by:
Program Educational Objectives
- Practice and apply their knowledge in electrical engineering technology to serve local and international industries, and government institutions.
- Develop innovative and creative solutions to engineering problems associated with their profession both independently and through teamwork.

Student Outcomes
Describe what students are expected to know and be able to do by the time of graduation. These relate to the knowledge, skills, and behaviors that students acquire as they progress through the program.
- an ability to apply knowledge, techniques, skills and modern tools of mathematics, science, engineering, and technology to solve broadly defined engineering problems appropriate to the discipline;
- an ability to design systems, components, or processes meeting specified needs for broadly defined engineering problems appropriate to the discipline;
- an ability to apply written, oral, and graphical communication in broadly defined technical and non-technical environments; and an ability to identify and use appropriate technical literature;
- an ability to conduct standard tests, measurements, and experiments and to analyze and interpret the results to improve processes; and
- an ability to function effectively as a member as well as a leader on technical teams.
Academic Programs
The college possesses a number of workshops and laboratories that contribute to the educational process. It is currently striving to enhance and expand these facilities to serve the educational and research needs, particularly for projects and graduate students, in addition to providing consultation services and engaging in collaborative research work.

Scientific research and Training Courses
Since its establishment, the college has recognized the importance of scientific research and its role in the development of nations. The college aims to excel and achieve social motivation towards research and discovery, while supporting the necessary means for that. Therefore, the college places special emphasis on scientific research.
