Students enrolled in the Technical Report Writing course in the sixth semester from various specialties have been working diligently for weeks on formulating and presenting their research proposals in the field of Electrical and Electronic Engineering. This activity aims to showcase their acquired effective technical communication skills throughout the current academic semester. They presented the summarized versions of their research proposals in open discussions and defended them before a committee of faculty members, who evaluated the research and technical skills gained from studying this course.
This activity was supervised by Dr. Mohamed Al-Qaoud, the course instructor, and was accompanied in monitoring and support by Mr. Rafik Al-Mansouri, the head of the General Materials Department. Dr. Asmaa Boudlal, the head of the Communications Engineering Department, and Ms. Salwa Al-Mashayti, the head of the Control Department, participated in the task of evaluating the targeted skills from this activity. Engineer Ibtihal Al-Majbari provided support to the students regarding presentation techniques and public speaking skills.
We extend our gratitude and appreciation to the students for their efforts and perseverance. We would also like to express our thanks and appreciation to all the supervisors involved in this experience from the esteemed faculty members.
